Photos alone work for simple, flat, or standard-profile parts—if you include a scale reference and key dimensions. But for anything with complex 3D geometry, we need the physical sample for accurate reproduction.
Two options: (1) We can 3D-scan it in 1–2 hours and return it the same day via local courier (if you're within our scan-service area). (2) You send it to us and we prioritize scanning within 24 hours, then return the original via express courier while we manufacture the reproduction.
Yes, always—unless you tell us to dispose of it. We return samples with every completed order, carefully repackaged.
We provide STEP, IGES, or STL files on request. The reproduction part itself is the deliverable; CAD files are included at no extra charge for orders over $500.
No. Initial feasibility review and quoting are free. You only pay when you approve the quote and we begin manufacturing.
