Commercial display and projector OEMs end production of internal pre-cut die-cut consumables once splicing screens, laser projectors and high-end home appliance control modules reach EOL. Most original light blocking foam, optical path dust sealing gaskets, lens cushion PORON, insulation Mylar and double-sided bonding tape are no longer sold as official spare parts. Original die-cut tooling is discarded after discontinuation, making matched optical-grade shading and cushioning materials difficult to source for AV repair shops, rental stage screen maintenance and projector refurbishment vendors.
MoreMaking delivers reverse engineering and precision die-cut reproduction for legacy display and optical consumables. We perform non-destructive sampling, high precision scanning and optical material testing, producing form-fit-function matched replacement parts for legacy splicing displays, projectors and premium home appliance control assemblies.
