Sony Xperia 1 V - Internal Conventional Auxiliary-Material BOM

customized internal auxiliary material service for all kind of mobilephones/ other electronic products

Sony Xperia 1 V (XQ-DQ44 / XQ-DQ54 / XQ-DQ72) - 2023 - Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (SM8550-AC) - 6.5-inch 4K HDR OLED 120 Hz - 12 GB LPDDR5X - 5,000 mAh (model SNYSCA6, 3.89 V, 19.5 Wh) - IP65/IP68 - Android 13 - 21:9 - Zeiss T* triple camera (IMX888 / IMX563 / IMX650)
[Disclaimer] Sony does not publicly release a complete BOM. The entries below are engineering-inference values for the Sony Xperia 1 V (2023), based on Sony's declared specifications (graphite cooling area increased by approx. 60%), the internal layout identified from teardown reports, and common OEM-grade base materials from 3M / Nitto / Tesa / PORON / Panasonic / Laird / Shin-Etsu / Fujipoly / Gore. They are NOT official orderable Sony part numbers. Thermal design is a passive graphite-only system - no VC vapor chamber. The 3.5mm headphone jack is retained. Battery pull tabs are known to tear easily (fragile), so the pull-tab entry reflects the shipped design rather than best practice.
